{"id":286,"date":"2021-10-27T15:38:41","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T15:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/endouroloji.org.tr\/?page_id=286"},"modified":"2024-02-09T10:25:41","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T10:25:41","slug":"publication-ethics","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/endourolojibulteni.com\/en\/publication-ethics\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Instructions for authors are shaped on the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.icmje.org\/recommendations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICMJE<\/a>) (&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.icmje.org\/recommendations\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.icmje.org\/recommendations\/<\/a>&nbsp;)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Editorial Board Members of the Journal accept to follow <a href=\"https:\/\/cse.memberclicks.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8216;Editorial Policy&#8217;<\/a> of the &#8216;Council of Science Editors&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/cse.memberclicks.net\/2-1-editor-roles-and-responsibilities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/cse.memberclicks.net\/2-1-editor-roles-and-responsibilities<\/a>\u00a0) and the guidelines provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) (\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/publicationethics.org\/files\/General_Approach_To_Publication_Ethics_For_Editorial_Office.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/publicationethics.org\/files\/General_Approach_To_Publication_Ethics_For_Editorial_Office.pdf<\/a>\u00a0) the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (<a href=\"https:\/\/publicationethics.org\/files\/General_Approach_To_Publication_Ethics_For_Editorial_Office.pd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICMJE<\/a>) for dealing with scientific misconduct, such as falsification of data, plagiarism, improprieties of authorship, violation of generally accepted research practices and redundant publication and duplicate publication.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originality, high scientific quality, and citation potential are the most important criteria for a manuscript to be accepted for publication. Manuscripts submitted for evaluation should not have been previously presented or already published in an electronic or printed medium. Manuscripts presented in a meeting should be submitted with detailed information on the organization, including the name, date, and location of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An approval of research protocols by the Ethics Committee following international agreements <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wma.net\/policies-post\/wma-declaration-of-helsinki-ethical-principles-for-medical-research-involving-human-subjects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki<\/a> (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wma.net\/policies-post\/wma-declaration-of-helsinki-ethical-principles-for-medical-research-involving-human-subjects\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.wma.net\/policies-post\/wma-declaration-of-helsinki-ethical-principles-for-medical-research-involving-human-subjects\/<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;) is required for experimental, clinical, and drug studies and some case reports.
